Cooking With Corazon, Episode XI

Simple, Salacious, Salivating
Salmon Sandwich

The other day I needed something quick and easy to eat. I got home from work pretty late and had not eaten a thing in like 14 hours. Anyway, I had this old piece of salmon in the freezer so I decided to throw something together really quick:

Nothing special about this. I grilled the salmon with a little thyme, rosemary and basil (I also used a few drops of sriracha just because I like the flavor and spiciness). I then threw it on a roll with some fresh pepper, dijon mustard, sprinkled cheese, a dill pickle and spinach leaves.

Nothing fancy, just good quick scarfing food!
