Cartoon Propaganda/Racism: Volume XIX

It has been a few months since I posted one of these videos in my ongoing Cartoon Propaganda/Racism series. I think we sometimes forget just how prevalent racist stereotypes were in cartoons from the 30s and 40s. And let's not forget just how saturated some of these cartoons were with political propaganda.
